Special mention to Mr. Sonny and Mrs. Puspasari for their exceptional service. The spacious, clean rooms and great facilities added to the overall enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Ayana Midplaza for a fantastic stay.

very old and unclean room. non-smoking room can be a smoking room. no mall in waking distance. the street outside the hotel is very dark and can be scary at night. breakfast is not so good.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the cafe/restaurant near the piano. Asked for deluxe room and it was well-appointed and large on the existing condition;)))

I am a member of the Priority Club Rewards, No. 307025943. I booked at this hotel for three nights from 27 to 30 October 2011 at a daily rate including breakfast, then I decided to extend my stay for two nights from October 31 to November 1, so the hotel increased the price and without breakfast. I accepted it under duress, and then I decided to extend my stay for another two nights from 2 to 3 November, the hotel again increased and the price without breakfast. Is it like that InterContinental rewards its guests?

Its location at a medium distance from Sudirman was great. There were a bakery and a supermarket around the hotel.

Was all great.

The room had a nice view of the city and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food choices, including some local favorites.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as there were visible stains on the carpet and dust on the furniture. The hotel staff was not very responsive to our requests for more towels and pillows.

Everything was good excepting the swimming pool area but I guess there is nothing much you can do otherwise my overall evaluation is very good. Had a good stay there. Next year please do a new year countdown at the main lobby and not at the restaurant which was really boring. Countdown with a band and balloons etcetc.. We all celebrated on the street !!

Fair, not that fantastic. Clean, food range is fine.

Surrounding too dark and not safe, especially too many people loitering just outside hotel area. Not easily spotted and too way in to enter hotel premises, be it by car or walking. Room does not have envelopes, writing pads and pen! No laundry bag also! Design is boring, too solemn , dark, not refreshing enough.

The hotel was clean with efficient and thoughtful staff with the same comfortable manner. The location was fantastic for me...

Located near the bustling business district, this hotel has an excellent location for those needing to be close to offices and good restaurants. The rooms are top-notch, with luxurious bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also boasts good fitness facilities and helpful staff.

The restaurant menu could use some more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days.
